For organisations
Leadership coaching for organisations.
Supporting leaders through the challenges of responsibility, performance and change.
Leadership can be demanding, particularly when you’re responsible for people, performance and making decisions that affect others.
Even experienced leaders don’t always have the opportunity to step back, challenge their thinking or talk openly about the situations they’re facing.
I work with organisations that want to provide their leaders with that opportunity through confidential, one-to-one coaching.
Whether someone is stepping into a bigger role, navigating change or dealing with the everyday challenges of leadership, coaching gives them the space to think things through and decide how they want to move forward.
“His authentic leadership qualities shine through, making him an exceptional coach.”

“Chris creates a calm, supportive space to think and reflect without judgement.”

- High-potential professionals Preparing for their next leadership role.

How I work
One-to-one leadership coaching
Every leader brings different experiences, challenges and expectations to coaching.
Some are working through a specific issue. Others want to develop their leadership approach, strengthen their judgement or gain a different perspective on situations they face.
My approach is tailored to the individual rather than built around a fixed programme.
Where an organisation is funding the coaching, we can agree broad objectives at the outset, while maintaining the confidentiality that allows people to speak openly.
360 feedback coaching
Receiving feedback is one thing. Understanding it and deciding what to do with it can be quite another.
I work with leaders to explore their 360 feedback, identify recurring themes and consider what it means for how they lead and work with others.
The aim is to turn feedback into useful reflection and practical development.
My background and approach
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 20 years in commercial leadership roles across media, advertising, technology and financial services.
I’ve led teams, managed a P&L and been accountable for growth and performance, often during periods of significant change. I understand the pressures that come with leadership because I’ve experienced many of them myself.
That experience helps me understand the environments my clients work in, but I don’t approach coaching as someone with all the answers.
My style is straightforward, supportive and challenging when needed. I provide a confidential space where leaders can explore their thinking, question assumptions and work out what they want to do next.
I’m a credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and hold an Executive and Business Coaching Diploma from Barefoot Coaching.
Working together
Every organisation and individual is different, so I don’t offer a standard coaching package.
-
An initial conversation
We begin by talking about the individual, the reasons for considering coaching and what the organisation hopes to achieve.
-
An agreed approach
From there, we agree a suitable approach, including the number and frequency of sessions and how objectives will be reviewed.
-
Confidential coaching
Throughout the engagement, coaching conversations remain confidential, while ensuring there is clarity around the agreed development objectives.
Let’s talk. If you’re considering coaching for a leader in your organisation, I’d be happy to have an initial conversation about what you’re looking for and whether I might be a good fit. Or get in touch directly: +44 (0) 7808 890 609 · chris@chrisgaworcoaching.com
